HELP
Shipping, with care
Every order leaves the studio with the artwork and its journey in mind. Delivery details are kept clear at checkout and before a commission is dispatched.
Original paintings
Originals are prepared by hand and packed carefully for their journey. Delivery timing and any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout where available.
Prints
Prints are made to order, so please allow time for production before dispatch. The available format and material are shown on each product page.
Commissions
A commission's delivery plan is agreed as part of the quote. Raisa will confirm timing, packaging, and any delivery details with you before the work leaves the studio.
