If an order arrives damaged
Please get in touch as soon as you can with your order number and a few clear photos of the packaging and artwork. This helps the studio understand what happened and arrange a suitable resolution.
Before sending anything back
Please do not return an artwork without contacting the studio first. We will confirm the return address and the safest way to package the piece.
Prints and commissions
Prints are made to order and commissions are created for a particular person and space. If you are unsure about a purchase, please ask any questions before ordering so the details can be discussed openly.
